Haven't been on here for yonks so.......

Well worth a 200 mile round trip to take this one in (I managed to somehow miss the tour announcement this year??). How smug can we feel to like such a GREAT band...... 8)

High points: THE MUSIC; Ricky looking very 'male model I thought; Frankie looking like the love child of Clarence White and Don Van Vleit (a reference for all the teenyboppers there!); everyone in the band looking SO relaxed.

Low points: Why do folk go to gigs to chat (which of course means SHOUT) right next to you and fuck about on their mobile phones?; my frustration that for one young geezer HIS high point seemed to occur when Anton 'lost it' with the howling mike stand - I felt this young man needed to er, move on......

Pleased and disappointed that 'David Bowie' didn't make the set, the latter cos that would have got me welling up in public for sure.

Was at this gig, was absolutely amazing!

Honestly i've been to see many bands in the past few years but nothing was as good as that!

The band sounded great, it was my friend time seeing them live and i honestly didn't expect them to be so good live, so after they sorted Anton mic troubles it was beyond belief.

I also loved the disregard for the smoking bad for both legal and illegal forms! On the note of illegal stuff, i think most standing near whoever it was who was smoking it were getting high too, which made it even better cause i was ;)

Straight up and Straight Down killed me it was so goddamn good, how long did they play that final part with the "woo woo" From Symphony for the Devil and the "naa naa" from Hay Jude, it felt like forever, i didn't want it to end!

Couple of grumbles though nothing to do with the band, O2 can go do one, they left the TV's on around the room all night not even have the decency to take them off for the main act, it distracted and annoyed me!

But yeah it was something else i even looked at flight to Tel Aviv cause i was that desperate to see them again, ha.

Also, First post. Hello All ;)
