I CANNOT FUCKING BELIEVE that they gave Obama the Nobel Peace Prize. ...Makes me want to puke!  Our country is a laughing stock. I don't blame you European fella's for hating us Americans so much. We're a joke.

I too was in somewhat disbelief when I read that he had won. But, it's not America who votes for these things. It is a collective body representing several countries. Is it not? If so, I'm not sure why our country would be at blame on this one.

I think they gave it to him as encouragement and to influence any future decisions he makes towards the peaceful...

I agree with the last couple of posters. I was surprised, but then *shrug*, I also believe they felt it important to try and inspire the direction of his decisions. And they likely felt giving him the award had a greater potential future pay off/impact than the other candidates. Another point, it seems to me that there are many other critical issues that would better merit outrage and nausea. Can't help it- it gets me to thinking about that pathetic woman sobbing about wanting her America back.

I don;t necessarily agree or disagree with what you said but 0% of it is opinion formulated by yourself so yo are still believing things o are being told, more obscure than the norm though they may be. Just don't start callin people "sheeple" and we are cool

When I am presented a piece of information that is unbiased and seems to contain factual info, then YES, I, like you or any other expert, formulate my own opinions! I can't help it if thousands of other people believe the same way that I do. In my opinion, this is a good thing. Yes, people have "influenced" my beliefs along the along the way, but all people have influences, and I have always had very negative feelings towards our government since I was a kid, so you don't really know me buddy I'm glad that I'm not crazy then. Most people tell me that I am. I'm glad that you clarified that for me you SHEEP
